We have developed a high performance X-Ray camera. The camera reads in the X-ray information using hundreds of sensors in parallel, buffers the data, and sends it to an external computer for further image processing.

The resulting of the image must be of the highest quality. The pieces may not get lost or be wrong. The very high resolution that so many interlocking X-ray sensors provide, requires a design with rapid and complex data collection. Therefore we developed a detector with three different processing systems of which one is in an FPGA circuit.

We can further adapt the building blocks of this X-ray detector for other applications that handle large amounts of streamed data.
