We have developed several generations of boards to be used as design platforms in a line of security cameras. These cameras must deliver images 24 hours a day, all week, and all year round. Therefore, all platforms are designed to perform, in daylight as well as in darkness, with a flexible performance that can adapt to the needs of each of these infrared cameras, regardless if used in video or still camera operation.
The accuracy of the IR detector is precise. The camera can sharply detect a person in the dark at a distance of several kilometers.
To meet customer requirements for physical size, the circuit boards are complex with up to 16 layers, small traces and tightly packed components.
